Tradeshow Exhibits
The purpose of tradeshow exhibits is to showcase your product or services. To do this in the best light would mean to present your product in a new and fashionable way that is unique. The audience is a concentrated assemblage of people that are interested in just what you have to offer.
One way of not only impressing the prospective clients, but also the competition, is with retractable banner stands and pop up displays. By using these and other displaying products, you and your booth will stand out from the crowd. This is the main reason of attending such a function, is to get noticed.
By using the latest and impressive ways of presenting your product to the world, your booth will stand out amongst the crowd. Then a buzz is generated about your booth amongst the other trade show exhibitors, and that is when you will know that you have been noticed. This generally is the hardest thing to do. Once this is achieved presenting your product will be easier.
Presentation is what sells at these types of events. It is not always the best product, but the perceived best product that will get noticed and produce the needed sales to generate revenue.
There are some manufacturers that send a sales representative to many of these tradeshows that use it as a social gathering. This should be taken advantage of by putting in that extra little effort and shining brighter than the rest. Remember how you display your product is just as, or more important as, your product.
Retractable banner stands and pop up displays might cost a little more than homemade displays, but the difference will be noticed. By spending the money, it will be perceived that you have money to spend because your product is selling.
It is the perception that you have a great product at the tradeshow exhibits that will help generate more sales and profit.

we recently attended a tradeshow on behalf of a client and we found using an all white stand with very effective lighting really worked for us – the stands reflected well and stood out perfectly! – however our stand lacked uniqueness – it was quite plain and didnt really reflect the clients brand as well as it could have done.

Great information. The white background will actually brighten up the whole booth and take advantage of ambient lighting for an over all bonus.
Thanks for the comment.

We produce pop up stands for exhibition and shows and lighting plays a big part in many displays. Recent advances with LED lighting is helping make our displays stand out at trade shows. For example, replacing traditional halogen lights with newer coloured LED lighting and really make a difference especially at shows where pop up stands are common place!
